What is your current turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is currently 1–3 weeks depending on the product type, order quantity, and design approval process. Some orders may ship sooner depending on current order volume and workload. During high-volume periods, turnaround times may be extended. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

Do you offer refunds, returns, or cancellations?

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns once production has started. Cancellations must be requested before your order enters production. If there is an issue caused by us, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Can I customize my order?

Yes! Many of our products are fully customizable, including apparel, business cards, notepads, 3D prints, accessories, pay stands, and more. Customization options will be listed on each product page. If you have a special request, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Will I receive a mockup before production starts?

Yes — for most custom products, a digital mockup or design proof will be sent for approval before production begins. Production will not start until your design is approved.

Do you ship orders or offer local pickup?

We currently offer U.S. shipping as well as local pickup for customers near Pomona, California. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships or is ready for pickup.
